How much does it cost to list a property?
The listing fee is PKR 0 per property. This is a one-time fee that covers publishing your property on our marketplace.
How do I list my property?
Create an account, go to Submit Property, fill in the details, upload images, and complete the payment. Your listing will be reviewed by our team before going live.
How long does approval take?
We typically review listings within 24-48 hours after payment is received. You will receive an email notification once your listing is approved.
Can I edit my listing after publishing?
Yes, you can edit your listing anytime from your dashboard under My Listings.
Which areas of Islamabad are covered?
We cover all sectors of Islamabad including F-6, F-7, F-8, G-10, G-11, DHA, Bahria Town, B-17, and many more.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers can send you inquiries through the contact form on your property listing page. You will receive messages in your dashboard and via email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through WooCommerce checkout, which supports various payment gateways including bank transfer, JazzCash, and credit/debit cards (depending on your configured gateways).
Can I list both sale and rental properties?
Yes, you can list properties for sale or rent. Each listing requires a separate listing fee.
